Litchfield Locker is a locally owned custom retail meat market and USDA-inspected processing plant carrying geese, pheasant, duck, quail, partridge, rabbit, a variety of lamb, veal chops, wild boar, and house made pork and chicken sausages, as well as farm-raised venison and elk. Bison is also offered, depending on availability.
